Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. We voluntarily grant you a withdrawal period that is longer than the statutory minimum of 14 days.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email, letter, or via the online withdrawal function):

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal statement before the 30-day period expires.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the “Cancel contract” function, which is permanently available in the footer. If you use this online function, you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt by email with information about the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal statement.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days after sending your withdrawal statement:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 30-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to an EU member state and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the EU.
